These Terms govern services provided by Sunrizon Energy Solutions.
1. Scope of Services
Services are provided as described in written estimates, contracts, or service agreements. No verbal representations modify written agreements.
2. Estimates and Pricing
All estimates are based on visible and known site conditions at the time of preparation. Final pricing may change due to:
• Concealed structural conditions
• Electrical deficiencies
• Code requirements
• Material price changes
• Permit requirements
Additional work requires written authorization.
3. Scheduling and Delays
Project timelines may be affected by weather, permitting, inspections, equipment availability, safety conditions, or third party delays. Sunrizon is not liable for delays beyond its reasonable control.
4. Payments
Payment terms are defined in executed agreements. Failure to pay as agreed may result in project suspension, delayed activation, or additional fees where permitted by law.
Online payments are processed by third party providers. Sunrizon is not liable for errors or interruptions caused by payment processors.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
• Provide safe access to the work site
• Disclose known structural or electrical issues
• Remove obstacles and secure pets
• Provide accurate information regarding existing systems
6. Existing Conditions
Sunrizon is not responsible for pre existing structural issues, roofing deterioration, concealed damage, or deficiencies not reasonably detectable during inspection.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sunrizon’s liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered. Sunrizon is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Warranty
Equipment warranties are provided by manufacturers. Workmanship warranties are provided as stated in written agreements.
9. SMS Communications
By providing contact information, you consent to receive service related communications via phone or SMS. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state where services are performed.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall first be addressed through good faith negotiation. Additional resolution methods may be governed by the executed project agreement.
12. Modifications
Sunrizon reserves the right to modify these Terms. Updates will be posted with a revised effective date.
